Default Temperature vs. Exhaust

Anyone notice a change in exhaust notes for the cold winter?

It's about 0 degrees right now and even warmed up my exhaust sounds raspy.

I'm still relatively new to Subarus but I don't know if this is normal?
It's not a big deal, but I don't know if anyone has the same thing happening.

Exhaust:
Authentic borla header to custom catback to tenzo muffler.
