Default Not my car, but a pretty badass Holset 2.6L Stroker WRX I did a feature on

Did the feature for March for my Youtube channel and a buddy's Bugeye was the winner after voting. Car needs the boost tuned up some more, but it's still a very healthy build. Enjoy!

Lots of potential for that motor..but may I ask..2.6L + Holset should equal some good numbers...why only 380whp?

My only guess could be limiting factors for how the engine or drivetrain is built (or stock?)

Also keep in mind, is it 380hp on a dyno dynamics Dyno or a Mustang Dyno? 380awhp on a mustang dyno is a good heap of power. That equates to about 400+ on other Dyno's. Mustang Dyno's tend to be heartbreakers at times. I mean shoot, a stock (new and healthy) STI only makes about 220 to 230hp at the wheels according to some trial and error / R&D ive looked into using the mustang dynometer. In my own experiences, a dyno dynamics said my build was making almost 370hp at the wheels.... a few months later on a Mustang dyno, i yielded 311hp on the very same tune. Its just the way they are calibrated.

You filmed this? The car is cool but the video is down right terrible.

His numbers are off a Mustang dyno I believe, so likely a bit underrated. 380AWHP is only at 22psi also. Car makes 300AWHP on 16psi. The Holset on that car doesn't really sing until over 24psi. He is on stock axles currently and a 6-speed/rear diff swap, so until that stuff is upgraded, I don't think he won't be turning the car up any further. But ultimately I think it would be around 420AWHP on the same dyno at 26-27psi if he chose to do so. This car is a daily driver as well, so keep that in mind.

Well if you're gonna be like that, atleast leave some actual constructive criticism. I wouldn't say I'm doing bad for not using a DSLR, just a decent Nikon and a couple GoPros with less than $900 in total cameras and equipment/rigs.

Nice car and video. Love the sound of that turbo and exhaust is nice too. I don't think the video is bad. Some of the pans take too long and the music gets annoying but overall I think it's pretty good.

Thanks! I actually just started working with a slider for the panning, so I'm still getting comfortable with keeping it smooth, so I'm sure I'll get better at it with a little more practice and have better control over smoothness and speed.

Music I can agree does get a bit repetitive, but I've committed to only uploading 100% original content for my channel and page, so not only do I have to do all my pictures, film, and editing -- I also produce all my own music using sounds I make or royalty free samples. So also a learning curve there.

One thing I can say about the video is that unless you`re doing a shot where you`re intentionally showing one part of the car, try not to cut off any part of it. You have a rear shot right near the beginning where you cut off the top of the wing and the bottom of the wheel, the shot would have looked better had you had the whole rear end rather than chopping the last 4-5 inches of the spoiler off and the bottom inch of the wheel.
