Default What's the best way to paint stock rims?

I need some pointers on how to make sure paint sticks to the stock rims I was thinking maybe getting the rims sandblasted first or sanding them byhand.and also well just need to know what kind of spraypaint to use I want them black so nothing too glossy.Or is there a place in west la area that can do it cheap.would like to DIY though....

thanx adam

I just dont have the money for that right now plus I heard if u PC forged rims they might crack cuz of the high heat.since these are my 2nd set of rims i really dont care if they dont last since i can paint them over again over time .
