A lot of people tell me to go 2 steps colder? Have you used them 1 step colder yourself or friends?

There is no doubt that genuine Subaru plugs would be awesome for a simple replacement but don't you think that a colder plug would last me another 60k untill its time for a new set and would help it run a little better?

there are a LOT of misconceptions about sparkplugs(and other things like motor oil)

What did the plugs that came out look like???

What(or who) makes you think that you NEED colder plugs?

Do you really know what 'colder'(or hotter) actually means??

Do you know the difference between the plugs for the turbo 2.0 and 2.5(their heads, actually) and why that difference makes 'needing' different plugs different for the 2 different engines different???

There are a LOT of people buying unnecessary/wrong, things/parts for their cars for REAL dumb reasons.
Are YOU one of those??

I'm not, and I'll continue to use stock heat range plugs in my 2.5 until I put a REAL big turbo on it and run lots of boost.....but then if I use alky/water injection, I'll use the stock heat range plugs, again

....but that's just me
