Default Question about valve stems and TPMS on a 2009 WRX

I am looking to buy some all season tires for my new 2009 WRX, as the stock summer tires are useless and dangerous in the cold and snow. I am about to buy some tires from the Tire Rack, and I wanted to know if I need special valve stems when mounting the tires. Are the ones on these cars reusable, or do I have to buy new ones? Where can I buy them? I've heard they go for as much as $80 a piece!!! Please help, as I need to buy these soon. Thanks!
