If you love something, set it free; if it comes back to you, it's yours. If it doesn't, it never was.

My fingertips hurt almost as bad from removing it as my thumb did from applying it. Still have to pull all the trim, door handles, bumpers, etc to get rid of all of it.

Got a killer deal on some dual drilled 10" svn's. Don't like the black on black but I think I can change that.

Almost back in bizniz.......

No you can't have my 510

All too familiar territory.

Car's actually back together, roomates taking it to a solotrial event (lone pine time trial) this weekend since I have to work. What better way to shake it down then at 120mph. I think it'll like it! So ironically I'm not even the 1st to drive it. Guess that's what happens when you're giver......

New trans has a cusco 1 way in it (thanks Billy!) hmmm

Also found out why the car is so much looser then others but I'm not saying why......

Thought I had another pic of it with all the orange gone....oh well.

Working on some adjustable front control arms (if all alignment allowance can be made with them) and a short runner intake (cutting the tgv's in half) or ITB's haven't chosen a direction on that yet. Just something to reduce overall plenum area to try to squeak out more HP

Picked up a magnaflow Ti for super cheap since qualcomm is 95db and my car is 96. Gotta decide if I go back to stock donut connection or modify/ruin the titanium center?????

Later, I'll let you know if the car gets balled up this weekend.

120mph + the aforementioned "looseness" should make for an interesting shakedown.....Best of luck to the codriver if he hasn't driven that car before!!!!

Trick blown rear defuser? Bendy front wing?

**** we all know it's the voodoo and black magic.... I'm guessing you found the dessicated body of a small woodland creature balled up in one of the body panels... the torque unicorn feeds on souls

So'd it get balled up at the trial or what... inquiring minds and all

Nope he ended up being like 20 seconds ahead over 2 days. Haha Bret said it worked awesome. The unicorn and dragon are mischeivious.
Now I have to get that exhaust on before Sundays event.I bought a 70mm APS intake, looking for a hard inlet pipe. Stuffs going on but I think it'll be a month or so before I get my car tooned.

Perhaps I missed it, but is the car staying in ESP or perhaps it's now an SM beast?

ESP for awhile....The car has only ever had one trajectory. STX<ESP<SM<FP (XP)

My ol' swapped MBP (greatest color ever!) bugeye was an oversteer machine in ANY weather, but I was greatly amused. Turn that frown upside down, not too late to change your title... "D1-The 2002 WRX Project" ? guess it has about as much ring to it as the current one.

Must be in the paint

Or the unhooked DCCD

GC's with 8611's. Sound famliar? although I'm not thrilled with the housings (total adjustability) I'm not sure it's the total issue. Fronts are 650's rears are 550's. Rears are down from 600 on the zzyzx's

I'm hoping it's the alignment I put on the rear for the solo trial. So I'll be going back to what it was for the sopac divisional.

If it still pushes I'll further suspect the front diff....going to check break away now to confirm it's an rs as opposed to an mz. :-)

Breakaway on the front diff is wayyyyyyyyy to high and upon further inspection...it appears that I'm wearing loafers.

I love pullin' a tranny!
