Default 2013 Impreza License Plate Delete Ideas

Hello everyone,

Has anyone done a license plate delete on a 2013 Impreza?
I have the 2013 Premium with the CVT 5 door. Dark gray metallic.

I have searched for a plate and other options but they are all for older models or the Sti/Wrx's. I tried looking for forums as well but still couldn't find anything. If you know of one please let me know.

I am planning on either relocating the license plate with the tow hook method and getting something to cover up the holes on the bumper and the drill holes the dealer made
or
just forgetting it all and getting a decent license plate bracket like the C&C Carworx one. Let me know if you have tried one and how you liked it.
http://www.mycarworx.com/store/Impre...lateFrame.html

Maybe they make some vinyl circle stickers that match the paint exactly and I can just put them over the holes to make it all look nice and clean.

The Wrx/Sti's seem to have that funny bump where the license plate goes but on mine the bumper is all smooth so covering the holes will look nice without the metal bracket cover.

Please let me know if you've done this, know where to get something to cover the holes nicely or if you have a better idea.

cobb, grimmspeed, perrin all sell lisence plate deletes. It's basically a black bar that goes there and says there brand.

Heres my grimmspeed one!

All license plate holes are the same.. so I am pretty sure any delete you buy will fit. Here is mine.. it will for sure fit your car

Damn your cars all look awesome.
I will email grimmspeed and see what they can do.
I wonder if there is a easier way to just cover those damn holes.
I noticed my bumper by the tow hole has more of an angle compared to the others here so the mount might look weird.

you buy the adjustable relocation kit, which will make the number plate straight anyway no matter how much of an angle the bumper is

You can get some plastic covers from your local auto parts store like autozone. I got one of those sti marquee plates from the dealer

Little grommets or a small piece of vinyl will work. You'll have trouble finding a perfect color match though.

IMO, those "license plate deletes" look terrible. Put the plate on the ugly bump out, or shave the bumper smooth and relocate the plate. The black bar looks out of place, especially on light cars. It makes sense in states without plates, but that's it. Hey, to each their own.

I have a Perrin Front Plate Delete on my OBS. Installation is pretty easy. You don't have to take the bumper off with the method that I used. I made a thread on it (see my profile).

You could get a Japanese license plate. Several websites sell-Euro/Asia style plates that I think look really cool. Don't know if you want that look though.

Leave it to Subaru...gets rid of big license plate block protruding from bumper, still puts gaping holes in there (and dealers still screw plates straight into plastic).
