Default Need help, Car hates me

Ok before i decide to stick a rag in the gas tank and light this car up i decided i better ask for some help. Skip to paragraph 3 if you dont want to read the history.

i have a 02 WRX wagon that i bought with some extent mods, APS SR40 turbo, FMIC, pretty much bolt on heaven, and ive had problems with this car since ive bought it. And im no dummy when it comes to car ive worked on Hondas, and mitsu's alot. Never a subaru.

I decided to do some more mods after my fuel rails started to leak last winter and its been a slow process for getting all the parts that ive wanted and i finally got it all back together the way i wanted.

And anyways to the point when i try to start the car i get nothing but some clicking from the starter and flashing/strobing HIDS. I thought it might be the battery but everything else works fine when the key is ACC and not fully on. I tried 2 batteries and everything thinking it might be a loss connection somewhere but i can find anything. I came to do some searching and found HID thread where if you dont disconnect DTR lights then hids will stobe so i traced those boxes down and under dash was disconnected but strut tower wasnt so i disconnected the silver box and tried to turn them on but now all it does is click. Even when i try to plug it back in it just clicks really loud and the headlights still stobe. Idk what to do or what it could even be. I had Intake manifold off to put Perrin fuel rails on but im sure everything got connected right. I didnt rush the process but somehow it still hates me.. Any ideas of what i need to check, Relays specific connections anything? I also wired in new headunit and turbo timer but both seem to work fine.

Sorry for the run on sentances and flustered wording, just need some help..

My mods are..

APS SR40 turbo
Full 3 inch Exhaust
APS FMIC and hardpipe
Perrin Fuel rails
STI pink injectors
STI intake manifold
APS cold air
Themo gizzmo gaskets
NGK one step colder plugs

Defi gauges
HKS turbo timer
Pioneer DVD deck
Apexi Electronic boost controller

Also when i first got the car it had a UNIchip Piggyback ECU but it was making the car run like crap so we took that out about 3 months 10k miles before the car was parked for its new goodies... This is my snow car not my only car but as we have 3 feet of snow in Montana i need it ASAP please help!!!!

ok just a quick question

did your car ever have an alarm on it? i know dumb question but in one of my trucks i had my alarm go spastic so i bought a starter i didnt need

it would click but no fuel. when i thought about it for a minute i felt like an idiot got under the dash fixed the problem and zoom

explains the flashing lights and the click at start

if no alarm im sorry report back and well go from there

i just figured a guy that had that many bolt ons might have an alarm too

Well when i bought the car it had alot of mods so prior to me owning it i dont know, it doesnt have a alarm no that i know about other then the factory security. When i went to wire the turbo timer and new radio in i found a bunch of weird wires but i just took them out, like wires for a ipod and a Passport alarm system. and then the radio wire harness that was in it was a huge mess so i sodered and cleaned them all up. Radio work, TT works, everything works good when key is at ACC.. But then when i put the key to the ON postion things go heywire... Like the climate control wont work when you try to turn in on it just shuts everything off and starts the key cycle again like the fuel pump primes the system again... The same with the headlights.. It has JDM projectors and AUDI hids, when i turn the key to ON and turn the lights on they flicker/strobe for a couple seconds and then shut off and there is alittle click in the Hid boxes and now that Silver box connected to the passenger strut tower bar, the thing that say DANGER! High temp or current or something to that nature... And then lastly the starter when i go to actually try to start the car it just clicks at the starter, a fast clicking like it isnt engaging... But when i first tried to start the car it would do anything.. You would just turn the key and nothing and after a couple times it started doing the clicking now it always clicks. All these heywire things go wrong when the key is at the on postion.... Before the car was parked it ran really good exept for the leaking fuel rails, it sat for about 6 months and got a couple more mods and now i try to start it i get nothing.. So frustrating...

Sorry for the long winded typing haha. Thanks for your help
