Default new wheels, question on tire size

i got 18x8.5 rota torques and just want to double check on a good tire size. i was gonna go with a 235/40 18. let me know if im wrong. thanx

If you want to avoid rolling the fenders, you should be OK withthe 235/40-18. Anything wider and you'd need to roll, but you could go as wide as a 255/35-18 on those wheels.

mav1c is 100% correct. I usually recommend a 235/40/18 tire for these wheels. If you plan to use them strictly for summer use and don't mind rolling your rear fenders then a 255/35/18 tire will perform very well
