Default Need new tires (255-40-18 rubbing) Alignment settings

Ok... So I had some work done on my car. We installed about every suspenion peice from cusco and whiteline.

My car is going widebody in a few weeks. But I have run into a problem.

We installed NT03's 27 offset, 9.5 x 18 No biggy there. But the tire size is too big.
I was recomended by the shop to run 255-40-18.

They rub on the APS CAI. So I had thought about a few things to do.
I'm also pulled and rolled..
Go short ram.
Go 255-35-18
or 265-?-18
Stiffer springs? I'm running tein flexs. Ride height is fully rasied.

This picture is with -3.9 camber all 4 tires.

Now alignment setting are
Front
Camber -1.9
Caster 4.5
Toe 0.0
Rear
Camber -2.0
Toe -0.01

I'm at a loss as to what to do.. If I change tires I would like to go wider. I think some are running 275's?

255/40R18 is too tall. 255/35R18 is the correct size.

Thanks guys.. Thats what I thought. Now I guess I'll have to see some brand new tires and buy new ones.

Do you think I could move up to a 265? or even a 275?
