Default Bortex pics, what do you think?

Well, I got these wheels used. Finally took pics of them on the car. I know the tires are kinda tall (215/55/17) But the price was right and they are for winter anyhow.

Yup, stock suspension. I agree, the tires fill in the wells nicely. Although they do rub slightly at full lock.

Wheels are Enkei "Bortex" 17x7, +55. Tires are 215/55/17. I'm pretty stoked on the look of the gunmetal wheels with UGM. I likey. * I was bored with the stockers.

Uncle Scotty, do you know what finishes these were available in? I think one of the four is different, more of a brushed silver than the darker "gun metal".

Well, they may become my summer wheels. I love the way they look...I'll have to think about getting them powder coated, or painting them...

Hmmm...maybe if I come into some $$$ I'll look into it.*But that would mean alot more than wheels and tires. My suspension is stock except for sways and end links...

i always loved those rims.. but something about that picture just doesn't look right. they look like 16's inside those tires.. i'm gonna come right out and say "i don't like 'em" but i think i'd change my tune with less sidewall. amazing how much of a difference that can make..

I know what your saying, but I think it's mostly the lighting in the pic (it was dusk), so there's little definition between the wheelwell, the tir and the hyper black wheel.(I confirmed the color on google). But, yes, the fatter(taller) tire makes the wheel look smaller.
