Default Crankshaft Sprocket removal problems

My Woodruff key bent as my crankshaft pulley came loose, don't know how it came loose but it did while I was driving throwing the belts off. Anyway the key bent prevent the sprocket from coming off as it isn't straight no more. I grinded the key down so it looks like the sprocket should come off now but I PB blastered that thing to death and tried prying it off and pulling but no luck. I even lost a chunk of a mini pry bar behind the sprocket and I think it might have got stuck behind it will it be fine when I get the sprocket off if it will ever come off.

I'm looking for more ideas then PB blaster and screwdrivers plus pullers oh and hammers tried that too. I searched this has happened to others with the woodruff key bending but those threads end without how the victim solved the problem. So any help will be greatly appreciated! Thanks

Found a solution thought I'd post if anyone else ever has this problem. I was told to tap and die the two holes on the sprocket and use a bar with two holes for the bolts then run the bar across the crankshaft and bolt the two bolts through the bar and sprocket to eventually pop the sprocket off. JB weld the section where the crankshaft dented a little, sounds hard to believe it'll work but my local Subaru dealer told me that's what they do so I'll see if that works.
