Default 2 Separate Problems...need help

After searching I found nothing definitive on either issue...i have a 2003 WRX Stage 2 protuned with RA gears and Organic Exedy Clutch plus more goodies not really related...anyway:

Problem 1: In each gear when i hit 3k rpm while getting on the throttle it seems to lose hold of the gear until right before 4k. the rpms actually rev and it catches when it get up around 4k. DOES THIS SOUND LIKE A BLOWN CLUTCH? i didn't think that it would be the same area in each gear had it been the clutch but i could be wrong

Problem 2: I just replaced a blown radiator a month ago. Had it assessed at the dealership and they said the head gasket was ok, just the radiator. so i replaced it. i have all solid connections with new samco hoses throughout so no leaking hose and the slightly used radiator is in mint condition. no puddles and no noticeable changes in level in my reservoir tank. [b]DOES THIS SOUND LIKE A LEAKING WATER PUMP?B]

please advise...any help is extremely appreciated
