Stuck between 2 tire options...

I'm looking for a tire that's good for the street and somewhat descent for the track as i am starting to "race" my car my budget is kinda low so for the price range of these tires which one would be better, or would you recommend a different tire...tires are Hankook Ventus R-S2 or Falken Azenis RT-615
