Default [FS] TN: 2002+ WRX Cusco Rear Sway Bar + Hotchkis Front Sway Bar!

Hi,

*These parts came off a 2004 WRX Wagon*

I am selling these parts for a friend. I have a Hotchkis red front sway bar which comes with endlinks.

The rear sway bar seems to be a 22m cusco one, but I am uncertain because there are no markings on it.

Rear Bar - SOLD!!
Front Bar - 75$ + shipping
Please feel free to PM me with questions, and I will get back to you ASAP.

Thanks,
Tim

So I have a 2003 wagon and I'm interested in some sway bars - maybe your front bar woud be a good (and relatively cheap) place to start? From what I've read, a rear bar should make a lot more difference than a front, but I just don't know enough about suspension to know what I should get. I'm interested to know if you or maybe someone reading along would help answer some questions...I should probably post this in one of the other forums for some help but since you're selling the wagon bar, maybe you have some advice!

How much difference will I notice replacing sway bars in front or back without doing the other?

How much does it matter to have sway bars/end links from the same company? How was the combo of the Cusco 22mm rears and Hotchkis ??mm front bars?

How much of a difference is there replacing only the sway bars and not the endlinks?

Do I want an adjustable rear bar or is a fixed bar good enough?

Since I just consider myself a "spirited" city driver and I haven't done any AutoX'ing yet, is front and rear bars and endlinks too much? Will it change the comfort level for daily driving?

Thanks for anyone's help on the subject!

Hi,

As mentioned in the ad, these bars were never on my car, I own a 2004 STi and my friend is the one with the wagon.

Replacing sway bars from what I understand will help out in stiffening and handling of the overall car. Yes the car will be stiffer and thus a bit more uncomfortable, but you can't really have the best of both worlds.

I'm pretty sure everyone here will agree with me, but you don't have to have the same stuff made by the same company. It usually is pretty damn similar to notice a change. As long as the brands are reputable.

As mentioned, I drove an STi and I replaced my endlinks just to be safe.

As far as an adjustable rear bar goes, it really comes down to if you really are gonna adjust it. If you are going to adjust it accordingly and have the time and patience to do so, more power to you.

Also, the rear cusco bar is already sold anyways so I only got the red one.

Thanks,
Tim

So i'm dumb, and overlooked the part that said wagon. If it will still fit the sedan i'll still take it off your hands...
