From what I know the crank and rods are forged...the pistons are turbo friendly but not as strong as forged.

Oil supply for turbo is not supplied on the 2.5rs heads ( where the bango fitting is on the turbo heads for the oil supply ) so YES you will have to either rout a line or tap the NA passenger side head for oil. Actually it maybe easier to pull from the oil pressure sensor hole on top of the motor....?

You will also have to rout that oil back into the motor. The easiest spot is to tap the pan above the separation baffle. If it where me Id go through an oil cooler B4 back into the block.

well i found that the most i can run on my ecu is 444cc of fuel so if i get 440cc greys and if im running 14 psi with stock injectors i should be able to just max out my tdo4 with those 440 greys right? the td04 maxs at 20.1 psi but it would probably not hold it for long

Wiseco K601M98 or K601M975, depending on wear.

Yes oil return line will need drilled on the passenger side, just pull an oil galley plug back there for the feed.

1. That's way past efficient range on a 2.0l. 1.1bar is about the max you would ever want to run that turbo.

2. You are now running it against 2.2l of discplacement. 10% more displacement is going to change how much boost that turbo can push efficiently.
