Tis a Cam indeed. Hopefully my RCE Tarmac 0s will be in by then and I'll have them on the car. Still can't decide what kind of wheels to go with though. G-Forces or those DPTs... Any input?

Fairway Subaru and then maybe somewhere else to eat if we don't have stuff there. Not sure on the time yet but 6pm sounds like a decent meet time. I was just trying to figure out a number of people so I can tell my sales lady "Jan" so she will be ready!

I posted in the midlands forum and I guess we can hit up NC and SC coastal folks to see if we can get this meet jumpin! I think we should start the meet a little earlier so it's still light out, and it's a Saturday. Maybe 4pm?

Rigpin also said he will make it.

We should see if Fairway will give out some free hats or something cool. I posted in the midlands and costal threads, so maybe some will come up. Tell Jan, Jeremy says hi!

I see a few subie owners in Spartanburg that I can track down and see if they want to come. Always nice to meet some new peps too!

*crawling out from under a rock...* Wow, it's bright out here..

I could probably make it up for either day!
But to help narrow it down, I put in for Feb 21.

EDIT: dumb question... a Limited... What color though?

Hey ... I'm new to the GVL (SC) area, and I'm just about to my 30K service. Fairway wants $670 to do it.. I'm seeing other people posting prices in the mid 400's.. Anyone know a reasonable place to take my 07 STi for the 30K service?

Yeah those guys are fking thief's, I hate the Manager Daniel I want to kick his g*y ass in the balls.

The 30K service that Fairway Subaru provides:

Oil Service
Tire Rotation
Coolant Flush
Fuel Induction Service
New Air Filter
Transmission Flush
Differential Flush
Brake Flush
Full inspection of lines, belts etc

From that list you don't need the Transmission flush and differential flush at 30K miles, just an inspection. You can do the Oil service, the coolant flush, tire rotation and inspection of lines etc yourself, it is very easy. You can buy a K&N air filter from Ebay, and the brake flush, Fuel Induction service can be perform at any dealership.

I drove all the way to
) Vic Bailey Subaru
400 E Daniel Morgan Ave
Spartanburg, SC 29302
864-582-1200
just to not see Daniel and I live in Simpsonville , it was less expensive I can't remember how much. They have a great service and they were the ones that told me that I didn't need it the transmission and differential flush.

And the most important part they OPEN ON SATURDAYS, not like that lazy ass Daniel who told me "I had a family" probably just his boyfriend.
