Default Rear End Noise After 6 Speed Swap *VIDEO INSIDE*

Here's the story. I had a JDM V7 STI tranny swap installed. It included the WHOLE rear end from the R180 down to the Brembos. I experienced a noise after less than 100 miles of driving it. When I turned right the driver's side rear end made a noise (hard to explain). The rotors were shot and as a result the pads were in rough shape. I replaced the rotors and pads.

Now the noise is present on right turns and left turn. Right turns make the driver's side rear make noise and turning left makes the passenger side rear make noise.

The pads seem like they move a little more freely than they should (both braking and not). So I bled the brakes to see if that'd solve the problem. Didn't seem to change anything.

Are my calipers toast? Could it be the rear differential? Thanks for any help!

Sounds like it could be the CV joints, did you inspect the axles prior to the install?

No, I had it shipped straight to the shop and then dropped off the car to have it installed.

Does it sound like a clicking sound or small vibrations?

Like a drone? Do you here anything when braking hard?

Nothing while braking hard. And nothing while driving straight. It's not a clicking but almost sounds like air rushing through a small opening? It's really hard to describe and don't want to give the wrong impression. I'll have to get a video of it tomorrow.

It does sounds like it could be the pads rubbing the rotors.

Yea but it doesn't make sense if its while turning, did you try turning the while while parked to see if it makes the sound?

No, I'm not doubting you but I'd lift three car and inspect the suspension, all moving parts, maybe your tires are rubbing against something, or your power steering rack has a leak, make a video when you can

UPDATE: Car only makes the noise while making right hand turns now. Just like when I brought it home after the swap. Left hand turns were only present for maybe 2 miles after switching the pads, rotors, and bleeding the brakes.

Noise starts at 0:07
