meow?

OK, seriously.

I need to replace the catalytic converter and someone pointed me towards a cheap used cat from a 99 RS and said this is interchangeable with my 2.5L '02.

This true?

I think the pipe does mate up properly. However, it may or may not be enough to make your ECU happy. The older cat may be worn out.
