Not a good idea to sell those. It's bad enough when criminals get their hands on F.O.P. (or PBA) decals, which may result in an officer letting his guard down a little when he pulls them over for something. A criminal could easily use this to try and get a cop to lower his guard and subsequently take advantage of that. The chances of this getting into the wrong hands is pretty high; you're better off asking around and selling it to someone you trust that would want it as a collectible.

This will not end well. You should not be selling this. If somebody thinks they can use this to get out of trouble, you'll more than likely get yourself in even more trouble. Hopefully it's not stolen.
I have a family member PBA card from NJ that my good friend who is a cop gave me. I've used it twice and both times I was asked who gave it me, how do I know them and the cop called to verify. |

This is illegal to have if you don't know who owns the Family Member Badge. This should also include the PO's Badge number on a card. You do not want this when you get pulled over.

Locking this because-
A- it's shady and B- you have no other posts in Tri-State and the regional classifieds are reserved for contributing local members. |
