Default sqweeky belts?

alrite, so recently one of my belts have been sqweeking in my car, it happens most when my car is cold or its raining, also when i first start up my car and try to turn the wheel all the way to the left or right it has resistance as if it has no power steering and the belt sqweeks while im turning the wheel? any idea of what this is? the belts are about 2 months old if even so im thinking that they did not put the belts on correctly? thanks!

belt not tight enough. tighten er up a few turns.

general rule of thumb is that you should be able to twist the belt sideways 90 degrees, but not any further. of course use common sense when applying pressure....

there is a DIY seatbelt mod you can do. It requires sanding down the ridges on the inside of the plastoc cover. search it up.
