Default I've aquired RW drive out of an AWD vehicle

All of the sudden within the past week, on a hard turn I'm getting a lot of oversteer. I used to get a fair amount of understeer unless I tap the brakes and make my car oversteer a bit. The front tires are getting worn down a little on the outside, does this make for more grip on the front?
