EJ20H heads VS EJ20R heads

Other than one being newer than the other whats the difference between the two? Does one flow better? Please advise

Can't comment on flow, but EJ20H heads are hydraulic lash adjuster under the bucket. Basically EJ20G WRX heads. EJ20R heads are shim over bucket. Basically EJ20K heads.

which heads are better, Ive heard the 20R heads are comparable to the v3 and 4 sti heads

do you know anyone running the 20H heads on their Ej22t? If so do they like them?
