WRX owners pls read

i've driven 4 wrx's now... 2 of them had a slight hesitation around 2500rpms... is this normal? the other 2 didn't have this problem.

and i hate turbo lag!!!

What an obnoxious title. You make it sound like you have some important information for us, when in fact all you want is for us to read your thread and answer your question.

YES, the hesitation is very common. Do a search on "hesitation". Causes include compressor spin-up, pinging (happened to me many times), and of course, unreliable grounding...

HeHe com' on guys don't scare Ben away. He is a very friendly Integra R/Legacy wagon owner. Hope I can afford his R by the time he is getting a WRX

heh...

Most of my hesitation problems went away after the 24,000 km service.

The remaining very very slight hesitation went away after adding a new ground cable. My amp is also putting out more power too... lot's more low low bass.
