I know 2 people personally who this happened to, both about 8 months ago. One of them is still running fine, the other just spun a bearing. The bearing might be unrelated (probably is), just thought that I would throw that out.

check compression.

it's possible that you hydrolocked the engine and bent the rod.

if compression is ok, you're ok.

A compression check will instantly show a bent rod.

Your car is fine. This happened to someone I know once, all you have to do is empty the fuel out.. throw some new plugs in and your good to go.

A starting motor isnt strong enough to bend a rod on you, it will just stop cranking.

2 and 4 are really low, Did you also preform a leak down test?

It looks like you need to pull that motor and replace the rings and pistons

remember, 10% rule.

130psi would be 13psi or 117psi.

You're about 11-12%.

I would run it. While you're a bit on the high side you don't have much to worry about. Just drive the damn thing and check the oil often.
