Default Anything new that trumps RE050PP and GY F1GSD3?

These two tires have been out for awhile with excellent wet/rain grip with "pretty good" dry grip, "balanced" sidewall stiffness, and "balanced" noise and feel. They are great for year 'round California summer to winter tires with light track duty.

I need a new set soon so I want to know if anything at this target point has recently come out and trumped these.

Depends on what you want to do with your car but depending on your price range, I would probably go with:

Lower - Mid Price Range
Sumitomo HTRZIII
Dunlop Direzza Sport Z1 Star Spec
Kumho Ecsta XS

Higher Price Range
Bridgestone RE01R or RE050APP
Yokohama Advan Neova AD07

or if you can wait
Bridgestone RE11
Yokohama Advan Neova AD08
