Default Mod friendly dealers in Dallas/DFW

Hey guys!

Moved to Dallas TX 1yr ago and I currently own a 2015 Wrx... I was just curious if there is any mod friendly dealers here? I normally take my car to AWDtuning for any service. I'm currently at 33k on the clock with an ETS intake/axleback/Cobb AP and I need to go in to have the car looked at by the dealer for what appears to be an leak on the left side of my block. I'm originally from socal and the dealers down there are nazi's, so before I take it in I just wanted to get some input.

Currently living in apartments and they frown on working on your car in the parking lot not that I could, considering all my tools are back home (have to ask my buds uncle to borrow his driveway and tools anytime I need to work on anything). So if I can avoid doing that it would be a great help.

I appreciate any input or help. Attached pics just in case you guys wanted to see.
