Time Warner Cable should have three requisitions open for tier 1 Network Analysts, in the Regional Network operation Center.

Previous experience with a trouble ticketing system such as Remedy. Experience with billing platforms such as CSG would also be helpful. These are positions that often lead to cisco certification, and network engineering positions.

Let's give this a shot. I'm a mechanical designer with 10 years of experience. I have 15,000+ hours of Pro/E experience (10,000+ on Wildfire), 2,000 hours of AutoCAD experience, and maybe 200 hours of Solidworks 2008 experience. I started my career in Houston and have about 2 years of oilfield experience. I spent about 2 years designing weapons systems and 6 years designing OEM powertrains used in recreational vehicles (ATV transmissions/differentials mainly). I have tolerance stack analysis experience and hold an Advanced Application & Analysis certification from the International Institute of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing. I am also a certified Level 2 GTOL technician at my current job. I have an Associates degree in Mechanical Drafting and Design. Refererences and letters of recommendation are available on request. I currently live in MN but plan on relocating back to the Houston area soon.

This just came through from my work email. I asked the originator if it was ok to put it here...she said GO For it!! She was desparate, so here it is.

Colleagues,

In an effort to promote internal growth, I'm excited to share with everyone some opportunities within the DER applications development team. I currently have 2 openings for Sr. Systems Analysts based out of the Houston office.

The Houston applications development team is responsible for custom developed data-driven applications. These applications include revenue assurance applications and BI initiatives that support critical business support teams.

In this role, the Sr. Analyst will be responsible for full life cycle development activities including software analysis and design, code and ETL development, system testing and implementation. Additionally, the Sr. Analyst will work with business users to determine requirements and to solve complex data integrity issues across multiple systems.

If you or anyone you know wants to apply or for more information , please go to www.directyourenergy.com.

Thank you,

Michelle Woodard

Hey guys/gals. Relocating from Pasadena, CA to Austin. Wifey is starting a PhD at UT and I am looking for a position.

Background;

-11 years exp in business forensics, financial analysis and asset recovery (from bankruptcy/ponzi schemes, etc.)
-Sr. Manager/Partner at my current (small 10 people) firm
-MBA from USC in Entrepreneurial Finance
-Undergrad in info systems

I am very flexible with what kind of position. The key is I need variety and do not want to sit behind a desk all day. I enjoy entrepreneurial environments and loathe bureaucracy.

I am currently looking for positions through:

-School network
-Indeed
-Monster
-Careerbuilder
-Craigslist
-LinkedIn
-Facebook

I figured I would give NASIOC a shot as well, since I have been on here longer than most of these sites have existed.

Looking for employment as well. Been on and off past 4 years in terms of having a steady pay check. I don't wish to work in any commission based sales positions as i have exhausted any effort in that field that i have left. 6 years production & maintenance scheduling with military fighter acft as well as heavy and detail oriented documentation (would transfer over to any corporation with a fleet of vehicles or scheduling projects within a company) I've been trained and certified by the Air Force to see the future of all aspects of production planning. Looking to find an entry level scheduler position if possible as only things im finding are upper level positions.
I also have retail experience and intermediate management experience.
Resume available.

as a general suggestion - bankruptcy trustees and related jobs are kinda tricky to fill evidently. They need folks who can handle/track financial accounts - but it looks bad if they get folks from banking (like, "why is a guy that worked for Chase now working my bankruptcy since it was my Chase card that got me into trouble?" - type thing).

So, they get some folks from medical billing I guess and some others....

anyway - if you can do that kind of work, check around for bankruptcy jobs.

Looking for employment in the DFW; experience shows:

3M Vision Care (March 1985 - May 1994)
- Duties: Assembler (polishing, stacking & drilling contact lens, machine molding)

Compaq (June 1996 - February 1998)
- Duties: Assembler (soldering boards/touch up)

Cellstar LTD (2002 - 2007)
- Duties: Shipping (production programmer, line assembler)

Other experience: 5+ years sitting forklift

----------------------------------------------------------------

This is not me, but for another person very close to me in my family that's in need of a job. Times have been rough and it's hard for this person to find anything that he can use his skills for in this economy. He speaks, reads, and writes very little English, but is a true hardcore worker. Very fast learner, always on his toes, and can tackle any challenges brought to him in the work field.

If anyone has any leads, please please PLEASE let me know. Thanks a bunch!

Austin, TX - Looking
Lot of customer service experience. Was a project manager in print industry for 5 years. Basic graphic design ability. Good general admin skills. BA in marketing (don't laugh) with some non-profit marketing experience. Pursuing MBA focused in project management.

Looking for general office/admin positions. Marketing would be great, but I don't have high hopes for that field anytime soon. Just moved to Austin (wife got a job here) and working temp positions, would love something permanent.

Austin, Texas:
I've been searching for a few weeks now with no luck.
I'm a optician now, but the place I'm working at is going out of business.

I have a lot of optometry and receptionist experience for 4 years.
I'm looking for any receptionist jobs in any medical field or anything with optometry.

Hi, i'm kolten, i'm 17 years old and live in La Porte. I am currently the Texas state champion in the Skills USA automotive Refinishing chapter. i have been painting cars and doing body work for almost 3 years. Since most shops are ran by flag hours it is hard to work part time, but if someone were to know some one that just needed general shop maintenance/cleaning i'd be willing to do that. I will be a senior in high school in August, after that I will be attending Universal Technical Institute courtesy of the Skills USA competition scholarship.

anyways, i would be intersted in odd jobs as well. i can do any body work you need, have access to all tools neccessary, and a climate controlled semi-downdraft paint booth. I use all Sata Jet paint guns (very high quality). Also, i can work with fiberglass for parts such as gauge pods, subwoofer enclosures, etc.

a few pics of my work

more pics and references available upon request

West Houston, Katy area.

Automotive fabricator,

I can TiG weld Stainless Steel and Aluminum pipe. I have <1 year experience but have learned a lot.

I've mostly worked on intake piping and exhaust systems. I have also helped build, design and install custom turbo kits for a number of cars.

I'm also skilled in shaping/re-shaping automotive plastics, etc: engine covers, inner fenders wall, ducting and so forth.

I would like to work full time but part time is ok too. I'm considering taking welding classes to become a certified welder, but I was laid off after the summer session started.

Just shoot me a PM, thanks.
