Default Hey guys, Utah is treating me well

there is a cool race scene here, some fast cars, and there are two fully modded WRX's mine of which is one. I got a set of OZ Superleggeras for my baby and got a 3 gauge A-pillar pod installed 2day. I have an import drag race on the 20th so i am pretty excited. I will get a digital camera and take some picks of the inside and out, as soon as the clutch goes, flywheel and race clutch, then the coil overs at the end of the summer, let me know how all you guys are doin- Brian J mcKinney

ha
rock-n-roll lifestyle?

I do two things, work, and mess with my car =)

what did I do?
added the FP turbo which I got for cheap from TypeC, added the APS top mount intercooler which I got for EXPENSIVE from cobb tuning, and injectors and fuel pump to be safe, though the power I made ended up not really needing them.

anyways, got about 250whp and ran 12s!!! first time ever. woo!

well done my friend, still the stock clutch and flywheel???- when you get those you will have better launches and quicker revs, throw in an underdrive pulley and your engine will be working alot less than stock and concentrating more on producing power. How many lbs of boost are you running??? i thought about getting the IHI VF-29, what have you heard??

stock clutch and flywheel. plan to leave it that way.
I was getting 1.734 60ft times at the track, don't really need launches much better than that.

tried an underdrive pulley. caused problems. there was a big thread about it before. But basically, underdrive pullies are causing crank sensor errors on some peoples cars, either due to harmonics or Electromagnetic fields. So until someone figures out why, no underdrive pulley for me.

17psi peak, tapering down at redline.

the VF29 is an all around better turbo than the forced performance. Lag is basically the same, but the vf29 will make a bit more power. Its just more expensive.
