Default WRX Aftermarket Wiring Harness quick question

I just picked up an Alpine 7878 and I am about to install it in my 02 WRX. I went to circuit city to get the pocket to fill the extra space left, and to get the wiring harness. All they had was one for an impreza or rather, it says on the package "Subaru to Universal"

Is this going to plug into the OEM harness?

Thanks!

Theres 2 hARNESS... YOU GOTTA MAKE SURE YOU GOT THE
70-8901 NOT the 80-8901

the 70 is the one for the imprezas
the 80 is for subarus... did not specify which subaru

Default Differences?

What's the differences between the 70-8901 (impreza) and 80-8901 (subaru) in terms of the wiring?

Thanks for the info!

I went back to Circuit City today for the 70-8901 and he said the 80 would work, oh well, I will have to try it...

Thanks again!
