So assume most everybody is running MAP on these setups? Anybody running MAFs?

Monitors/Sensors for everything in the engine/on the car. Allows for better development through the data collected and can sort out specific issues faster/ allows for more precise adjustment through the EMS or controls.

Think fuel load/amount or suspension loads

Or so I was told by Prodrive years ago.

^Also, what is the small, polished cylindrical unit on top of the manifold, directly behind the throttle body (not below it), behind all the wires? Is it for fuel or oil?
Is that black unit mounted on the firewall an oil cooler?

Silver canister is for intake as a volume chamber/pressure canister (think antilag), black on the firewall is for air/oil sep.
I think- have to go pull spec sheets/diagrams from n10 to be really sure.
