Default clutch install prob, need HELP!!!

so i have 2005 wrx. my stock clutch finally went out after 115k of 300whp and 330wtq lol anyway, im not in a good mood after 9hrs of clutch work. i have pulled the trans twice!! yesterday. i replaced the stock flywheel, clutch and throw out bearing with all new oem parts. the first time after installing everything, i could go into every gear with the car off, but not with it on. it felt like it was getting blocked by something. i bled the slave, no fix. i tried forcing the throwout bearing into the pressure plate (my subie tech friend told me sometimes you have to manually engage the throwout bearing into the pressure plate once the the trans is installed) that didnt work. now i pulled the trans for a second time thinking i did something mechanically wrong. put it all back together, and it's the same. if i put it into gear then start it, as soon as i barely let off the clutch, it starts going. never even have to touch the gas. once ur in that gear, you CAN NOT get it out of gear unless you turn off the car. then it works fine (while its off) im soooooo confused and lost here.

HELP!!!!! PLEASE!!!!

no man and it's killing me. im soo frustrated. the slave seems to be working ok because when my friend pushed down on the clutch, it travels about an 1" which is what it's supposed to do. but also before, when i pulled the trans for the second time, everything looked out. pressure plate looked good and the bearing had seated before (i pulled it off so i could seat it again) i DON'T KNOW!

I just hope you get this figured out so you can come to the meet wednesday! Sorry I never made it there, I got re-occupied with my car and then had the Raven's game at my sister's place. Let me know if you need a hand with anything this week. I can help wrench if you need it.

im sure there is but all you need is a 12 mm wrench n 2 fingers if your sure its in rite just look under the dash toward the middle is where the clutch master comes through the firewall loosen the nut on the rod where it meets the pedal then turn it with your fingers [helps if you jiggle the pedal]to the right will give you more pedal
