Default mod-friendly dealers for SAS warranty? (spun bearing)

well, i got the wonderful mobil1-spunbearing issue. i've got the Subaru Added Security Gold warranty to 100k which i have seen cover the replacement of the short block for a few members, so i am going to try and get this warrantied.

now first the question is, if i'm going to try to get this covered under SAS warranty, should i put my stock mods back on? all my stock mods are back in the bay area, and i have no garage down here.

second question is, where should i take it? i live in westwood, and it will be flatbedded by AAA from UCLA, and the closest dealer is Santa Monica Subaru. but seeing as they are brand new (the old one closed from what i hear and then re-opened privately), i'm not sure how mod-friendly they would be. are there any dealers within 100 miles of here (thousand oaks, south coast, irvine) that would be a better place to take it? anyone have any previous experience they can shed light on?

any input is appreciated. thanks!

I'm pretty sue they will blame your mods for your spun bearing. just call the nearest one to find out what they can do

i mean u do have that warranty

Try Thousand Oaks Subaru, they've been pretty good with me as far as mods are concerned but I'm not sure of other places.

shouldn't have posted this thread. you should've just kept quiet and reverted back to stock and tried to get it covered under warranty that way.
