Default Alternator belt

How difficult is it to replace the alternator belt on a MY00RS? I'm the proud new owner of one and the alternator belt is looking a bit frayed and I'm gonna replace it. The local subaru dealer charges $76/hour plus the belt $15, seems a little much. So can someone with limited mechanical ability do this and not worry?
Thanks
Evan

100 times easier than I thought it would be. I replaced both belts when I first got my car. Since the belts are on the front it is a piece of cake in my opinion. If you want I can try and take some pics of the bolts to loosen up. Or you can check out scoobymods.com and look for the post on replacing the pullies, you have to loose all of the same bolts. Well not the bolts that hold the pullies on but you know what I mean. While you are at it I would replace both at once.

Just a few tips I found usefull:
Once you get the belts on, tighten them up just snug. Not to tight, start the car let it run for about 5 minutes.
Then retighten the belts so that you can only turn the inside to face(basically 90 degrees) you no further.
After a week or so mine started to loosen up some, so make sure you check them after they have stretched out some.
