I abhor that episode of Family Guy with a passion....that song haunts me!

But seriously, I've been stalking this thread since 2008. I MUST know about the twin-charged Suby!

Congrats on finally getting some results. I'd be interested to see your dyno plot overlaid with a regular GT35R plot on C16 just for a comparison.

Definitely a unique and well made setup, hopefully you are at least happy with the result.

Very nice! 20 psi @ 3800 rpm and 250 whp @ 4000 rpm is excellent!

You can really see where the turbo comes in too watching the boost line, slight hesitation in boost at 3900-4000 rpm and then it boosts on.

Are the two different coloured lines from with and without the charger?

ya sorry about that , i should have explained the charts . the red lines represent just the turbo , with the S/C turned off. the blue lines are with the supercharger engaged . the chart above the power graph is the same respectivlt , but shows boost and AFR . remember this car has stock sized valves , and a fairly mild port and polish . so im pretty sure thats where the power is takin a hit .

This is not a knock on your setup just want to point out that the borg warner turbo seems to do better than the 40R. Not that you want to change things again now that you finally got it going but it could significantly help your power under the curve more.

I would still like to see a 2nd gear log from a 600 whp car w/ a turbo.

Then I would like to compare it with a 2nd gear log from this car.

I think one might find that the compound charged car loses very little of its boost threshold, where-as the turbo only car loses a lot.

Ben
first of all , the a/r 's on the turbos are very different . .91 compaired to 1.06 is almost like apples and oranges . secondly , the BG seems to be running oout of steam up top , where as the GT is still climbing . it seems to me that the BG cant make the same numbers up top

Very nice!

Any idea of the IATs during those pulls? I can't imagine what a water/meth setup would do to that, considering how high *normal* twincharged air temps are.

no idea what the intake air temps are man , wouldnt imagine much more than a turbo'ed car since the turbo and supercharger dont run together ...it has a meth system on the car , but im going to use it for pump gas primarily
