camber is not going to make the car more bouncy. the strut is blown if the spring bounces and keeps bouncing. But I doubt it since your car is new and I assume the struts are too. I'd bet you have the settings on the strut either too high (high frequency bounce, it's bouncing on the strut/top hat) or too low (no damping at all)
what springs are you running and what settings are the shocks at? |

oh i misunderstood. I don't read good.
the strut shouldn't cause any sag - the spring would. what is the measurement at the two rear corners? |

sounds weird, I'd talk to whoever installed them. And measure the corners to see if it really does sag.
a blown strut would cause the spring to be bouncy, make sure the spring is seated right in the perches |

you can jack up the back corner so that you can see better, the bottom end of the spring sits in the perch a certain way. there's a slot where the end of the spring should fit in. if it were rotated a little, it could throw off the height

Your endlinks could be bent as well. I know its a common problem with STi's, I cant see the WRX endlinks being any better. When my rears bent it flipped my sway bar making an uneven stance.

This normally happens if your dropped and go up/down a hill. Mine bent when I was pulling out of my driveway. If they are bent just get some Kartboy endlinks. Easy fix, just obnoxious that it happens, actually the only thing that has ever broke on my STi.

bent endlinks are common on STis, but not wrx's. the endlink design is different on both. for example, wrx end links are plastic/rubber and sti endlinks are metal. so they dont bend really, they flex, and i guess they snap as well.

Check if the OTHER side is installed correctly... If it's not sitting in the perch right on the other side it would be too high on that side.
Definitely not endlinks, specially if your sway is stock. The stock sway is too thin and the endlinks too flexible to be damaged with your driving style. Could just be one of those balance things. With coilovers this is something that you can adjust away... with Springs you can add shims under the springs or at the tophats to even it out, but.... Good luck! PM me what shop installed 'em, or at least what they say, and I'll see what I can do/recommend. |
