Got the suspension on today. It is about 1.5" lower now compared to the Forester STI springs. I like it but I do have rubbing again around tight turns so I might need to bump up the spacers to 5mm from 3mm in the rear.

Since this has worked before.

Does anyone have a front O2 they want to sell? We were not able to put the STI manifold on b.c my sensor is heat seized to the stock manifold. It wouldn't budge even with lots of heat, a cheater bar and 2 grown men standing on the manifold so it wouldn't move. It was so tight that Adrian started to pick the guys off the ground while trying to get the stupid thing to move.

Are you refering to gaskets like SCE makes? I use those and they are phenomenal !

I need some tune help... running open source with RomRaider/ECUflash/Learning View...

I'm FINALLY about to get this car back on the road here today or tomorrow and I've done TGV deletes, plus a few other things and she's been a lil'pissed off..

I'll be in Kzoo on Saturday at the ZooLogix meet/show (I hope) if anyone is interested in seeing what I've been up to with the car (or me even..lol)

No, copper gasket maker. It's at every auto store and comes in what looks like a tooth-paste tube.

I used to run Crucial copper gaskets for head/exhaust manifold & manifold/up-pipe. They were a great product.

OK, so I can not find anything higher then 100 octane that does NOT have lead in it. I mixed half 110 leaded and half of 93 hoping to make something close to 100 and deluting the lead with the unleaded 93. I am running raceRom and am waiting on cables to be shipped to me which is suppose to take 3 to 4 weeks. Does anyone have RaceRom/cables so I can change my map to the 93 tune? Or does anyone know where I can get 100+ octane UNLEADED?

So the race fuel at that place on Michigan is leaded?

Not sure, that's close to an hour from me. I know there is a Sunoco in GR that has Sunoco 260 GT100 which is 100 octane unleaded. $7.76 a gallon though... I think I'll be heading over to Gingerman raceway tonight to pick up some for $8.00 a gallon.

Topped the car's fuel tank off at Gingerman Raceway today along with a 5 gallon canister. 17.5 gallons @ $8.00 a gallon. On the way to the track I burned through the 110 leaded gas. Before I had left the check engine light was on probably due to the lead clogging the O2. It seemed as if the 93 and 110 mixture did not mix and the heavy lead gas sank to the bottom of the tank. So after burning through the 110 the 93 remained and still ran like crap but a huge improvement over the 110 subsequently turning off the check engine light on the dash. When I got to the track only a half gallon or so remained in the car. On the way home the car ran beautiful on the 100 unleaded. My goal is to see if I can get over 350 MPG to the tank. That is, if I can keep my foot off the throttle...

350 MPG???? Where the hell do I buy a car like that? Even my girlfriend's moped gets only about 100-120. 350 MILES to the tank on the other hand, is easily do-able on a WRX.

seriously, still though... 350MPG? that's almost 6000 miles on a single tank of gas (assuming 17 gallons in the 2011 WRX's tank). I do NOT think E85 can achieve those kinds of numbers, merely in the fact that even aero-space engineered rocket fuel can't do that. The coal-burning equivalent would not be able to achieve that either.

Now if "E85 ftw" is referring to 350 MILES to the tank, then sure. Although note, I do this on a regular basis with just normal gasoline in my WRX, getting anywhere between 29-34 miles per gallon. The solution? Don't drive like an *******.

I haven't seen that kind of Mileage in well since I ditched the 5 Speed lol. Then again I am running the short ratio JDM 6 speed with an EJ207. I get around 200 miles per tank on E85.
