If you go with Ron. You need to call him and talk with him, let him know what your looking to do. Otherwise he can come off as an asshat through his emails.

So glad you said that, haha! I dealt with the feeling of him being a douche until after I was finished with my first tune, lol. Everything us good now though, and if I don't tune myself next time, I'll be going back to him.

Anyone here race at Gingerman? I'd like to hear some pointers on the best way to take some of turns with our AWD cars. Compare notes I guess... And possibly meet up for a test and tune.

Haha thats the one I'm specifically wondering about. My tires scream in agonizing pain everytime and I feel slower than most people through there. I'm sure the weight of my car plays a big role, but there's gotta be something I'm doing wrong.

Looks like there's one on the 14th next week Friday. I'm down if we have a decent group.

And I have to work. What a bummer. I've been there for performance driving school. The turn isn't bad. Just stay on the outside as you approach and cut in hard at the apex. You can carry a lot of speed through there. I've even ran there in the rain.

What's wrong with yours? A sway bar will aid you loads more than springs will, and be less of a pain to install

Make sure you preregister if you plan to go to Gingerman, as it is required to do so.

Well I am tired of worrying about how much tire I can stuff under my Bugeye. So I just purchased a set of the Karlton Fender Flares. Can't wait to start hacking up my fenders to install them.

Check them out Karlton Fender Flares

He has stock springs up front and drop springs out back.

I'm in love with those Karlton's, but just don't have the tire needs to justify them.

You can contact kartlon on Nasioc as PignoseSTI or email: SubyFlares@gmail.com

I would recommend reading the thread posted below entirely. Yes it is ungodly long, but lots of great information in it.

Kartlon makes a Flare kit for all the different GD chassis's now. So you will just order a kit for a Bugeye Rob.
