Its sucking thats what lol. Its just really really rough a shutter here and there, some loping, almost cutting out.

Well im free after 6 to my knowledge so if anything let me know and I can come chill for a bit. Wierd thing is the check engine light came on at speed which is where it feels like its running the smoothest

More like its sucking IN air. Yeah prob vacuum leak. Do a leak test before you even think about trying to tune

it was tested for a vacuum leak i think. Nick i assume all the fittings are tightened ont he intake? no leaks post maf?

So you have not checked for a vacuum leak then. Yeah you might wanna check that out.

Every time I had had a BS idle prob it was a leak from the intake.

Before you do that, pay for a tune. You can get one for 2-300 bucks, and your tuner can tell you right away if there is something wrong with your car or not.

If u can figure out open source I think torqued performance only charges like $180 for a tune real good guy if ur not looking for power

There are no reputable shops in the area. Look in the Vendor forum for e-tuners and go with who you feel comfortable with.

Aron and I used Ron from PhatBotti tuning and neither of us liked him. Aron likes Clark Turner, but he's AP only. Rob likes his tuner, but I don't remember his name or the shop.

STi Mikey from PhatBotti has a good reputation.

You'll need a Tactrix and a laptop for a simple tune, and add a wideband to that blend if you want to push your car to its limit.
