He was kind of intrigued by it, didn't say much. Junior doesn't like to ramp up torque because that breaks ****.

Id recommend Junior to anyone. Worth the 5.5 hour drive

I have some things im going to change before going back down to make minor.improvements. all involving fuel system

Check out www.fealsuspension.com. All you need to do is grease them, this can be done very easily at home. Feal can add grease fittings to the top of struts to make future greasing easier.

They can also revalve for you so you get a more sport tuned feel to it.

i can't send them in because this car is my DD, and need it on a daily basis to get to work. So that option is out, besides wouldn't koni yellows be an upgrade?

Nick should have a good one. He ordered a second one thinking that was his issue, but it turned out to be his MAF scaling was off.

You may be able to catch him before he moves out of state?

I have a used one, changed mine out when I was fighting fueling issues last fall. Which ended up being a wiring harness pin backed out of it's connector on the Bulk Harness harness Driver side of the engine.

Not sure how good it still is though, was installed for a while. However it was still working as it should with no CEL's or more fuel mileage. You can have it, but not sure when I will be in GR.

It feels good. Lots of bugs to work out, it's nowhere near finished, just drivable.

I have a quick tuning question for the local gurus. I just installed my downpipe yesterday and flashed cobbs stage 2 93oct map. I'm spiking up to 20-21ps. I did some data logs and my afr goes to 11.03 at wot. Around 5k I was seeing -2 for feedback knock which tells me that the computer is seeing knock and pulled timing. So I installed their low waste gate map and it still spiked up to 21psi and the datalogs show that I was actually getting worse knocks and I noticed the boost fluctuating. So I flashed the 91 oct map and I'm going to continue to run 93 octane. In theory the 91oct map will have less aggressive timing and the 93 octane will give me a greater safety margine. Anyone here that's knowledgeable agree or disagree? I haven't data logged the 91oct map yet

Is your down pipe not catted or something? We used to run 91 octane maps to be safe but I would still data log to make sure.

It's Catted. It's a helix Catted pipe. I'm gonna drive it easy for a few days to let the car get adjusted to the map the. Do some more data logs. I didn't drive a whole lot on the other maps but seeing 21psi doesn't take rocket science to know I'm getting too high. I figured as long as I'm running rich and not getting knock life will be ok. I wasn't sure if the computer would have learned to adjust the timing with the other map if I would have drove longer but I don't want to risk my motor

I don't think your car is going to adjust to 4+ pounds of overboosting and knock. I would invest in a map made for your car before your next spirited driving adventure.

This AP tuning kills me. its soo much cheaper to go opensource there are OTS maps to start off with, then you can change it to suit your car and not have to worry about driving around with a mediocre tune.
