Hey Travisty, are we still on for a clutch job this weekend?

Last I knew you thought your clutch was alright? Yeah, this weekend is available for me. We'll be doing it in my driveway, so I'm not sure trying to squeeze it in on Saturday is the best plan. I know we can get it done on Saturday, but if we have anything go wrong or need parts, doing it on Sunday isn't the greatest either.

Yeah, it isn't slipping like it was a while ago, but I still want to get a new one in there, I think it isn't far from dying.

So what would work work to do it? I was confused by what you said. Do you have something going on Saturday, meaning we would need to squeeze it in? I agree Sunday wouldn't be the best if anything goes wrong. If another weekend works better for you we can do it then.

The weather is supposed to be iffy for Saturday. I'm free the weekend after this one too, so do you want to shoot for that one?

We can probably squeeze the front clip in to my garage to stay out of the rain, but climbing underneath to undo the transmission bolts may get wet.

Ok that makes sense. Next weekend I might be busy early in the morning and wouldn't be able to get started until about 11. If that is early enough to start we can shoot for that one.

That should be ok. It'll be an all day event, so as long as you don't mind working in to the evening on it we'll plan on that.

I don't mind working into the evening There have been many time I spent working on my car late into the night. I will plan on that weekend and we can touch base next week and see how things are looking. Also, if the forecast for this weekend changes and becomes nice, I would be free to bump it up a week.

Alright, sounds good. I'll leave it open to others too that if you want to stop by and hang out, you're welcome to. Most of you have been to my house before.

How often do you guys meet up? I saw you went to Perrin recently and I'd love to meet up with some fellow Subie enthusiasts. I sold my bug eye years ago, but jumped back in with both feet recently and picked up a Spec b.

Congrats, Spec B's are pretty beastly from what I know about them.

Summer month meets are probably once every other week, but it's been a while since we've had the last one. I was actually just thinking that it'd be good to do another Founders meet sometime soon.

Yeah it is, it makes me pretty happy. Washing my car on Saturday with a nice warm sunny day made me pretty happy lol. Looking forward to an outdoor meetup.

Anyone here interested in a 3" stainless mid pipe back (basically straight pipe) to a grapefruit cannon exhaust? I'm getting a full straight pipe 4" mocked up.

Why not? At our power level (not yours Levon), 3" is probably overkill, so why not go diesel-truck massive and do 4"!
