My wife Tena's lease is up this month and she said she wants a Subaru

So....I'm looking for a good condition, lowish mileage WRX wagon Automatic. Mods are fine. Willing to spend up to $15,500 or so.

Looking to buy ASAP!!!!

If you guys could keep an I out that'd be awesome thanks.

FYI, I found my aunt an '04 WRX wagon auto with 110k miles in '08 for $6k. The auto wagons are a good deal.

Yeah, we considered an FXT but lastnight she told me (after a few drinks) that she like the idea of driving a WRX She's always driven GM cars(dad retired from GM) but she can't deny the Subaru glory!

If we found an FTX or LGT or Saab 9-2x Aero for the right price and the right mileage that'd be fine. I want something with less than 50,000K on it.

Waste gate solenoid??? What were the driving conditions like. Driving hard? Normal? I have heard of people driving hard and getting it, reset it never comes back. Boost Creep. Have you checked the vacuum hoses to Boost Solenoid. Could be solenoid itself.

What up guys, looking to join you with my first subaru in GR, just not sure it going to happen.

Went and bought one today but the trans wouldnt shift into drive after driving it 4 miles down the road to the gas station because it was on fumes.

So to anyone that drives and F'd up Silver Legacy L Wagon in Morley, MI for $1500 you can thank me for the gas money because I filled it up right before I got my money back.

Still looking for a DD, give me a heads up if you guys know anybody or have any friends with DD that can tide me over til I get a WRX and a real job.

No, 3-port.

Unless he was loggin his car at the time of fuel cut, he's not gonna know. Although at fuel cut, IDCs are 0.

He's overboosting and hitting fuel cut. I'll bet his car won't do it in 3rd.
I'll bet it won't do it when it's warm out. It's way too easy to overboost WOT in 4th on the 5 speed. Especially if he said he did a WOT run. like WOT from a low RPM 2-3k. I'm sure I could get my car to hit fuel cut if I did that in 5th gear. EWG or not. The cold weather sucks.

yea it's as Chris said, he is overboosting and it's cutting the fuel. This is quite common when in higher gears + WOT. You could get a tune during the winter and that will take care of the issue for you and then you could switch back to a summer map, once it gets warmer again.

Well, there's a silver Lagacy Wagon that's been sitting for sale on Fulton right by my house. It's looks sweet. Although I don't know the price on it. Check it out. It's right by Family Fare on Fulton and Carlton.

He could probably have someone adjust his WGDCs and temp compensation for the colder weather.
Upon further research, EWG doesn't always fix the problem and some dudes have had luck with running a restrictor in the stock location even with the 3-port.

Why can't there be a tune that works perfectly in every situation? someone needs to come up with one of those!

Ya, I've seen that one. I go to Aquinas College and live there, so I'm right nearby. I won't take it though, I promise
