Default 05 WRX wagon - Can I run 04 STi struts & top hats with STi Pink wagon springs?

I currently have the STi Pink wagon specific springs on my stock struts. I am able to purchase a mint 2004 STi suspension take-off (struts, springs, top hats).

Question is, do I need to use the original STi springs, or can I use my STi Pink wagon springs with the 2004 STi struts and top hats?

yes but you'll lose camber up front using sedan struts.

So the 2005 WRX wagon top hat and 2004 STi top hat is the same?

As for camber, it's a daily driver so I don't need anything aggressive and it's not like there are many choices for struts for us wagon owners and the 2004 STi strut package seems like a great deal for an inverted design.

You can use the wagon pink springs with the 04 sti struts and hats. 05+ sti doesn't fit.

If you only daily drive, your loss of camber isn't that big of a deal to you, but the shop you take it to to do the alignment must max out in the neg direction (because you never want positive camber). And do do this, they have to do more than just turn the adjuster bolt. They need to push on the top of the hub (like the rotor or something) to tilt inwards and get as much of the slack out.

Did you buy the wagon pinks new or used?
