Default Subaru Outback makes the top ten list for most ticketed cars.

Subaru Outback makes the top ten list for most ticketed cars according to this article from Yahoo Autos:

http://autos.yahoo.com/articles/auto...r-a-cop-magnet

Excerpt:

Quote:
8. Subaru Outback
Subarus have a reputation of being yuppie grocery getters, but the Outback manages to prove that stereotype wrong by being one of the top ten most ticketed cars. Apparently, the Outback is the car of choice for people who need to get to Whole Foods in a hurry, and maybe park illegally once they're there.
Watch your speed folks!!!

My wife drives an 05 OBP OB and hasn't ever received a ticket. I on the other hand have gotten 1 ticket while driving her car. That is weird that the OB would be one of the most ticketed, can't really explain that.

Is it most ticketed total sum, or most ticketed per 'x' of that car on the road?

I thought that was REALLY odd. There just aren't that many outbacks out there.

Considering that Ford sells more Mustangs than Subaru sells [/i]CARS[/i] I call BS. The most ticketed list are all relatively low production cars (even the Matrix sells a fraction of what the Vibe sells).
