Default I want more HP without turning heads...

So i have an 04 wrx. ideally i would like to do intake, up/down pipe, full exhaust, and Cobb accessport. But i dont want to have an exhaust that appears to be after market. Is there an exhaust that is very low key? visully and sound wise?

Or should i be considering something else completely?

...Mainly i would just like to get more performance than stock without going to crazy...

..I await the forum's wisdon, sorry if i posted in wrong area...

Do a turboback with a quiet muffler and a tune. More power and barely any louder.

You can always keep your stock axelback.

You could do a stealthback. Catless downpipe with an aftermarket midpipe hooking up to a stock STi exhaust.

I like the Whisper catback. It may be the quietest aftermarket exhaust, but with a little more boxer rumble, and no highway drone. It's debatable whether the Borla Hush is quieter. There are many comparisons if you start searching.

prodrive turbo back. not too loud or flashy but definitely noticeable compared to stock.

What?

Accessports are a waste of money. Find an OpenSource tuner and save $650.

Maddad whisper is almost stock silent while cruising on the highway... I followed my buddy in his STI with my windows down and could not hear a thing.. plus it looks completely stock. Once I get some $$ together i'm definitely investing in it...

It would help to fill out your profile so we know what your exhaust looks like right now. They are not all the same.

Stromung is fairly pleasant. Not too loud even at WOT, deep tone. Dual tip is very stealth.
