Default how to wire A/C Ej20g

so i have the A/C sitting in my car unwired between my ej20g v2 and my 99 rs. I heard somewhere its impossible to wire it in? is this true? i kind of would like A/C occasionally, but i could get away without it because of my sunroof and windows.

A/C switch is the 12v request and A/C Relay Control is the relay ground. All subarus are like this. Just connect the corresponding wires up between your old ecu wiring and the new ecu.
