When I was a wee lad... there were some neighbor kids who had to do that. I can understand doing it for, maybe, maintenance items, but definitely not on a daily basis.

Again... if it was for maintenance, I can understand.

I don't want to have to give up my garage, but I don't think the Jeep is going to fit once the rack is on. I'm most certainly not going to air down each evening to get in and out.

And this is why when I had my house built, I had 8 foot doors put on the garage.

We are looking to buy and that is one of my requisites -- a large garage with at least 7 foot doors.

The color is called Gecko Green. It's one of many limited run colors done each year. I imagine you can find one fairly easy down there in Florida.

Yep, definitely Florida.

The color is rather muted in the photo. It really pops when you see it in person.

Right now... my Jeep is just above head level (I'm 6'3"). The rack will probably add six inches to the ride height and my garage door is 7' with a low hanging door (so 6'9" or 6'10" of actual room). Tis going to be close.

Driving the Raptor (6'7" according to manual) into a 6'10" parking garage resulted in a "Oh **** this" moment. Not going to attempt that again.

There is a 4 Door six speed 2012 in that color that has been sitting for 6+ months at a local dealer.

Color matched top and/or fenders?

The Gecko Green Wranglers with a soft top or non-color-keyed hardtop flew off the lots in Denver. The ones with the matching top and fenders... still sitting.

Pretty sure it's matching fenders but soft top, not sure but it will still be there next time I go by

Probably sold so quick there because of all the people high as ****. That color is pretty nutty.

there's a local guy with a bright orange hard top with matching fenders (triple orange). his plate says something to the effect of "OMGYESIDID" (even though that's too many letters).

I ROFL'ed because I knew exactly what he/she meant by it and choosing the most obnoxious combo.

One guy here has a bright orange unlimited rubi. He put TONKA on the sides of the hood.

I'm not a fan of the bright colors.

Then Jeep dropped Dozer Yellow, which looks exactly like a Caterpillar or Tonka yellow.

This is very true. The dealer here in Boulder has had a few with the color-matched hard top sitting in the corner of the lot for months.

On some colors, it works like white, on others, like gecko it doesn't.

BTW, definetly, the option of painting the roof but keeping the fenders unpainted works on EVERY color.
