Question wrx momo wheel on my legacy?

greetings all. i was just curious if anyone knew the compatability of impreza/legacy steering wheels. is it possible to have a wrx wheel mounted on my my2002 legacy and still maintain srs and cruise control? i really am not fond of my plastic oem wheel and would love to look through the spokes of a momo....

it'll work....not sure about the cruise control functions but hte wheel itself should bolt right into place...manfactuers rarely change steering shaft diameters by vehicle. Remember 1 thread, 1 nut and one wheel mount is alot cheaper then 10 different ones.

I swapped an STi V. 6 wheel into my RS and fit great but the cruise from my OEM wheel had to be swapped into the STi wheel. This required cutting out a hole in the side of the plastic on the side of the wheel. I don't know the Legacy interior but in the RS the cruise consisted of a stock sticking out from the right side of the steering column. The frame inside the wheel had a bracket that the cruise bolted onto but I had to use different screws than the OEM one... just picked those up at Home Depot. I think Scooby Mods has some good instructions on the RS swap that might help you out. The airbag from the new wheel just plugged into harness, so no problems there.
