Yes it will, this thing weighs less air...its aluminum....I believe the bolts (hardware) it came with weigh more than the brace itself It is truly awesome and uber rare...

And just to be clear this does replace the stock U shapred subframe thereby eliminating a lot of weight correct?

This is a CARBING if im not mistaken. I have one its a great piece.. I know Its really made by TEIN.

They might of sold it to Do LUCK as well im not sure.

how do I know its authentic do-luck?
there are no logos that i can see and you don't have a box that says do-luck on it?
for all i know its from ebay product.

Do Luck is the original one and only made the aluminum version. Carbing is the copycat for this subframe.

I have the same do-luck subframe. My 7 years old cousin can lift it by a finger, so you get the idea how light is this thing.
