sometime on acceleration, it acts like it does when runs out of fuel. Then, getting out the freeway sometime gets scary...I nail the throttle. The bike bike sometimes doesnt seem to want to go over 65mph....bogs. Or acts like it want to die but doesnt. It has died in traffic before. Just once or twice. Not often, just like the symtoms I have described. Yamaha has not been able to dulicate the issue. I took in 5 times after it has acted up on me, and won't do it again. I have tried different fuels, different stations.
First, stop taking it there. I mean what is it gonna take?

Start here... http://www.factorypro.com/tech_tunin...m_engines.html Once you understand that, it is time to look at your carbs. I am thinking a sync problem, and bad float height. I have a V-Twin, and it is tough. That front jug coughs when cold bad. That means lean... Hit me with a PM with you e-mail, and I can send you some more links, and help out a bit. Love the twins. A friend of ine has one of these. http://media.motortopia.com/files/19...4/100_1758.jpg His other bikes is a blackbird... What a bastard...

I have gone to this for the last 4 years. Cost is 15$ a bike and that will get you one Poker sheet. All money goes to St Jude.

Meet place is:

Location:
Chili's Roanoke
113 Northwest Hwy
Roanoke, TX 76262
817-490-1760

When:
09/26/09
11 am is check in time.

They will have maps of the ride usually about 120 to 150 miles. They in corporate back roads into the run for fun

A lot of bike show up, mostly cruisers but we always have a good group of sport riders. It is all for a great cause and everyone that has participated in the last 4 years has been great.

Hope some riders can show up, look for me! Anyone is more than welcome to ride.

Below is a link to last years, I am having trouble find this years link.

http://motorcycle.meetup.com/140/calendar/8816108/

So the new RSV4 Factory hit the US shores a couple days ago.

Weighting in at 437lbs ready to ride with all fluids and they are doing about 170whp on the dynos stock.

I am going to start selling drugs so I can get one.

Bump it up and some Ducati eye candy for you.

So I own two of these. This one just came in the mail today.

As you can see from here the camera is very complete. Its got a few different lenses, A carring case, strap amd has the film canister.

Top of the camera...

18x24 cam. made mid 20's
Ducati was making radios and cameras before motorcycles.
Very rare to see one let alone own two. I also own a ducati radio and some other stuff too.

Yeah... the germans took over the factory in WWII then we bombed the **** out of them.
So not many prewar stuff is around anymore. They then later 1946 came out with the cucciolo....

I own two of those as well. Above is a art pic I did last year. Trying to find a pic of the whole motor. But anyways... The cucciolo "the puppy" was the 1st Ducati motorcycle

I'm jealous. I was in the market for a 2009 Ducati Monster, until I realized how much it cost for service and insurance.
